Every two weeks, replenish their scent by applying 3-4 drops of your chosen essential oil directly onto the pebble for a subtle experience or 5-10 for a more dense, enveloping experience.

Refreshing your pebbles is a breeze. A 6-8 hour soak in hot or boiled water gently removes any lingering aromas, preparing them for their next fragrant chapter. This ensures a pure scentscape experience, free from unwanted scent combinations.

We understand the delicate nature of handcrafted ceramics. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we'll immediately replace the item or issue a full refund.

For items that don't meet your aesthetic expectations, you may return unused pieces within 7 days, though you'll be responsible for return shipping.

Due to the handmade process, slight variations in color, glaze, and dimensions are normal and expected. We cannot accept returns for items damaged after delivery or through customer handling. Each piece is unique, and we aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with our carefully crafted ceramics.
